Service Provider Bio's

Lori Anderson has been practicing Massage Therapy and Bodywork as a Holistic Health Care Professional for ten years.  Originally from the Rockford area, Lori has recently moved back from Northern Wisconsin to be closer to family. 

Lori's education and training in Bodywork far exceeds that of most therapists you would encounter.   Her initial training for massage therapy was at Lakeside School of Massage Therapy in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  From there, Lori immediately continued to pursue educational opportunities, studying with some of the foremost educators in the US and Europe. 

In 2002, Lori completed the first phase of KMI Structure Integration in Maine under the skillful eyes and hands of Tom Meyers, Advanced Rolfer, Anatomist, and founder of KMI.  Lori has been featured in several Massage and Bodywork magazines, along with Tom Meyers, promoting KMI. 

Structural Integration has been mainstream and very effective for years throughout the country; however, is still new to the area.  Lori is the only certified KMI Rolf Technique Practitioner in the area! 

Lori is passionate about her profession and work, and it is evident with the clients that have sought her skills.  Lori has worked on many world class and olympic athletes, as well as citizen athletes from all over the world who have continued to seek her talents when they are in the area for competitions. 

As well as athletes, Lori has an impressive clinical work experience with the chiropractic and medical fields.  Often, her work is covered by insurance or is tax deductible.  Lori is choosing a spa environment in the Rockford area in hopes that it will integrate her experience and talents with the area.

As well as SI work, Lori offers Relaxation/De-Stress Massage, Cranial Sacral Unwinding, and Deep Tissue Massage.
